Our Litigation Department is headed by Mr. Keshab Prasad Mainali, a former Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Nepal. This department consists of several attorneys with many years of litigation experience. This department undertakes all contentious legal matters at Nepal’s District Courts, Courts of Appeals, and Supreme Court, as well as tax tribunals, labor courts, and all other judicial or quasi-judicial bodies.
Our Corporate Department is headed by Mr. Raju Man Singh Malla, a former Law Secretary in the Government of Nepal. This department undertakes all work relating to corporate compliance, interfacing with various government organizations. The Corporate Department also drafts and negotiates contracts, structures and restructures corporate forms, recovers debt, advises on letters of credit, banking and insurance related law, assists in labor matters, and much more.
The Development Department is headed by Mr. Madan Prasad Rimal, a former Director at the Social Welfare Council of Nepal. This department undertakes all work relating to NonGovernmental Organizations (“NGOs”), including International Non-Governmental Organizations (“INGOs”), from the registration process to the implementation of development projects and more.
Litigation: Undertakes all contentious legal matters at District Courts, Courts of Appeals, Supreme Court etc.
Corporate: Interfaces with government organizations, drafts, negotiates, and structures contracts etc.
Development: Undertakes all work relating to NGOs and INGOs, from registration to implementation, and more.
