Mr. Pandit is a graduate of Columbia University, USA. His expertise in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on commercial litigation. He is also heavily involved in the legislation drafting and consulting arms of the firm.
Mr. Mainali served in the Judiciary for 30 years, including serving as Chief Judge at the Appellate Court, before which he was a leading litigator for 20 years. He leads G&A's litigation, and represents clients in high profile contentious litigation and arbitration matters.
Mr. Malla was formerly Secretary at the Ministry of Law of the Government of Nepal. At G&A, along with leading the Corporate department, he is involved in the drafting of new legislation for the Government of Nepal across a multitude of areas.
Mr. Rimal is a former Director of the Social Welfare Council, and also a member of the Board of Directors of CRS Company. Mr. Rimal leads the Development department, providing specialised advisory to INGOs and NGOs on a range of issues.
Mr. Pandit is a supervisor within the Corporate department. He leads the Hydropower practice within the firm as well as the contract/agreement team. He is also involved in client acquisition and retention.
Mr. Pandit is a supervisor within the Corporate department. He leads the mining practice, and is also the legal lead of the Development department. In addition, he is involved with the contract/agreement team.
Mr. Pant is a supervisor within the Corporate department of the firm. He is primarly involved with the firm's largest foreign investment clients, with a specific expertise in hydropower laws.
Ms. Maharjan is a supervisor within the Corporate department as well as being advisor to domestic clients, with a particular focus on debt recovery. She is also the firms Intellectual Property contact and is coordinator for due diligence works.
